10 Ways I Find Helpful to Relive some Anxiety

I get it. I get it.

We all have stress.

For this week’s Motivation Monday, I’ll be listing 10 things I do when I feel stressed out. It helps me a lot, so I hope that this post will give you some ideas and inspirations for yourself.

  1. read my fav book
  2. colouring
  3. thinking of something that makes me happy (e.g. family)
  4. writing it out (and rip the paper up if you want to)
  5. listening to calming music
  6. grounding myself (walk each step with heels first on purpose)
  7. tell a trusted someone
  8. drink a cup of tea
  9. fidget toy
  10. thinking about 3 good qualities of myself
