Wow. It was better than I had envisioned…

So fun fact of the day: I love sewing and fashion designing, even though in real life I wear regular clothes! ❤

Last week I made a dress and a “Bohemian Style” top, hand-sewed (I don’t have a sewing machine)

I’m gonna have nightmares

but, at least it wasn’t like a potato sack, with holes for the head, and two arms.

What do you think? Do you have any advice?! This is yet another awkward post…

  2. People have been hand-sewing for eons. If you feel it doesn’t look as good as you’d like, iron it! Sewing by hand or machine doesn’t matter, ironing or not does. And not only iron the finished item, iron as you go. All seams, everything. You’ll find you’re more happy with it and don’t feel like the woman in the gift has anything to do near you.
