Do you get it when I say that sometimes you feel sad and you have no idea what it is? I get those occasionally, and to be honest, I just drag myself around the house, mourning about something that I have never lost.
What can you do to change that?
- Talk to a loved one – sometimes some talking will just get it away.
- Exercise – scientifically it does help you have a happier mood over time.
- Do distractions – I find listening to my favorite playlist or doodling in my bullet journal helps a lot!
