As you probably already know, I adore literature, or basically anything that has to do with words. Although, you may not know, but I also enjoy writing! I usually write short poems, but occasionally I have some short stories in mind, but I never really took the time to jot them down. So, I’m doing something I’ve never really done before here: may I present some of my writing snippets! I hope that you’ll enjoy them as much as I did writing them 🙂
Including why life works the way it works, why I’m an introvert, and also the purpose of my existence. So what better way to add to that pile of me vs. my thoughts by adding a book with a plot that will send me into further existential crisis?
I had a lot of mixed feeling regarding this book, and now I’m really not sure what to feel anymore 😅 Therefore, before we proceed, heed the following warning: you are about to advance into Kimberly’s Extreme Lands of Ranting.
A more suitable title would be “If there Was (were) No More Tears for Me to Cry Tomorrow”
Haha my grammar tho. Back to the book: this has GOT to be one of the best and worst reading moments for me during my 1000 year of life. Yes I’m older than Yoda – don’t judge.
I haven’t done a book review in awhile – I know I said that I was going to do one in my February wrap-up, but you know me and I never stick to my promises *cries* Though I promise that this one is definitely going to be better than that ‘would-be’ post. I don’t want to spoil too much for you right now so I’ll just shut up right now and stay quiet until later
Hopefully I can polish up my book reviewing skills aka I haven’t done this in forever *dances away*
I’m one of those people, who are extremely emotional, but almost never cry?? I mean, I can bawl out and scream on the inside, but on the outside I’m equivalent to a piece of paper: blank.
Ever since the #MeToo campaign started, more and more people are starting to speak up and share their stories about sexual harrasment, abuse, and misconduct. It’s a really big topic going on; especially in Hollywood right now, and really, it’s amazing to see how people are standing up against it.
To be honest, this has got to be on my top reads for 2018 (again 😅) This has been sitting in my drafts for about a month?? #shameless I’m really excited to kasdjf;asdklfjas about Exit, Pursued by a Bear, and rant about how amazing E. K. Johnston is, because we totally need this positive vibe right now.
